1. The service provider is Alexander Panorios, operating under the ARETÉ brand, hereinafter the "Coach" or the "Service Provider". 2. These Terms set out the rules for providing online coaching and training services through the platform available at arete-system.pl. 3. Using the services means accepting these Terms. 4. 1. The Service Provider offers the following services: a) TRAINING (Paideia) — monthly training coaching: a training plan, access to the platform and reports every 2 weeks b) TRAINING + NUTRITION (Areté) — monthly training and nutrition coaching: a training plan, access to the platform, weekly reports, calorie and protein targets and an individual meal plan c) In-person personal training — the location is arranged individually with the Client 2. The detailed scope of each package is available on the home page. 3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the scope of services, provided the Client is informed 14 days in advance.
1. The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order and the payment has been credited. 2. Payments are made in advance, monthly. 3. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, BLIK or payment card. 4. Invoices are issued at the Client's request.
1. Once the payment has been credited, the Client receives access to the platform and the onboarding questionnaire. 2. The training plan is prepared within 48-72 hours of the questionnaire being completed. 3. Weekly or fortnightly reports are to be sent through the platform by the agreed day of the week. 4. The Coach replies to reports within 48 hours on working days. 5. The Client undertakes to fill in the reports honestly and to inform the Coach about injuries.
1. Online services are a monthly subscription. The Client may cancel it at any time. 2. After cancellation the Client keeps access until the end of the paid billing period. No further payment is taken. 3. No refund is due for a billing period that has already started, subject to points 4 and 5. 4. A Client who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it, by sending a statement to alexis.panorios@gmail.com. 5. If, at the Client's express request, the service started before the 14 days had passed, a Client who withdraws pays for the services provided up to the moment of withdrawal, in proportion to the part of the service performed. The remaining part of the payment is refunded. 6. In the event of a gross breach of these Terms by the Client, the Service Provider may terminate the contract without a refund.
1. The Client declares that they are fit to perform physical exercise and have no medical contraindications. 2. In the case of chronic illness, injury or doubts about their health, the Client should consult a doctor before starting the programme. 3. The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from performing exercises contrary to the recommendations or from concealing a health condition. 4. Training plans are based on current scientific knowledge, but results may differ depending on individual predispositions.
1. All materials provided by the Service Provider (training plans, educational materials, platform content) are the intellectual property of Alexander Panorios. 2. The Client may use the materials for personal use only. 3. Copying, distributing or reselling the materials without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited. 4. The arete-system.pl platform and its source code are protected by copyright © 2025-2026 Alexander Panorios.
1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. 2. Any disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's place of business. 3. These Terms may be changed. Clients will be informed of changes by email 14 days in advance. 4. The current version of the Terms is always available at arete-system.pl/regulamin.
